Review of Sushi rice - Saitaku by verypotato

I bought a huge amount of this rice when it was on sale at Ocado 😂 It tastes nice and cooks nicely. I soak the rice for 15 minutes before cooking to make it softer and fluffier though my partner can’t tell the difference lol, that’s a bit annoying to do.

I wish I could get brown sushi rice in the UK, I’ve never seen any that doesn’t cost a fortune :(
