Yummy vegan sushi! From The Plant Lab food truck at the Vegan Playground 700 Jackson LA wed nights 5-9 pm. We got the spicy shrimp roll, spicy tuna, and spicy snow crab. Didn’t really have the texture of sushi but was delicious nevertheless.
