A good raw hemp seed selection, has the hemp seed hearts with coarsely ground hemp seed shell. Hemp products are recently allowed in Australia, but not the whole seed, so the end products are these hemp seed meal. Goes well in cooking, not really as is, as far as I am concerned. Healthy addition with a seedy taste
