I finally got to try these and they were absolutely delightful! You take them out of the freezer and wait a little while for the mochi to go nice and soft - then the chewy texture of the rice goes perfectly with the rich fruity ice cream. The flavours are wonderful. I will be keeping an eye out for these in the future! They’re definitely on the pricey side (£4.50 for 6 I believe) but worth it as an occasional treat IMO
