Rebel Kitchen

Out of all the non-dairy barista milks I’ve tried, this is the best in terms of texture. Stretches beautifully when steamed* and stays true to its claim of producing micro foam. Time to request more latte art at home! Rebel Kitchen seems to have pulled off the golden ratio of oat milk, coconut cream and faba bean protein to achieve this texture.

*Disclaimer: I am not the barista at home, I only consume the drinks!😍 All comments about the stretching and foaming are based on the barista’s description. However, any fussy requests for latte art will definitely be mine.

In terms of taste, the barista likes the neutral taste of oat milk and especially this particular blend by Rebel Kitchen.
I am partial to almond milk, but cannot refuse the creamy latte this mylk produces. Oat milk tends to be the pricier cousin of nut milks but Rebel Kitchen mylk isn’t the most costly barista oat milk out there. Given the high quality, we believe the price point is justified. I have just found out the barista has put in an order for an entire case of 6 cartons!
