The nutritional table on the obverse makes for scary reading (60kcal per piece 😬), so I suggest you get your fill before you turn over to look 😊 This Waitrose #turkishdelight is tender, succulent, and unabashedly gluttonous, a joyous #afterdinner alternative to mints 😋 Comes in two flavours here - #rose and #lemon (which I preferred). Almost as sweet as watching the English get their comeuppance at the football 😏

My only complaint would be the way the icing sugar does escape the box and sit on the inside of the external plastic wrap, waiting to dislodge itself all over your kitchen counter/floor/dining table when you excitedly/unsuspectingly tear the thing open 😏 #sweettooth
