Review of Pressed Tofu - Unicurd by tabs
The firmness/softness of pressed tofu is very much in the middle range. Not the firm taukwa, nor the soft easily breakable smooth tofu.
It’s soft but keeps it’s shape well, & thus good for panfrying!
A staple for most vegans/vegetarians I believe 🙂😂
You can see the tofu texture in one of the recent dishes I had - cooked with kecap manis sauce, tomatoes, garlic, shallot etc
