Flaxseed meal is a staple. Put this in smoothies or on yogurt with cereal or I use it in my oatmeal (6mls) or even add this to tomato soup to thicken and add nutrition. I find it aids in digestion (I’ve got no medical proof), I just feel better or you can use the whole seeds as an egg substitute.
