Review of Plant-based Mince - Flexible Food by earthling-joel

I just tried the most convincing plant based mince by flexible foods! I made a delicious bolognese sauce. The texture is 10/10 and the product is purchased as a dry texturised pea protein to be rehydrated in just 5 minutes as needed. This also reduces the weight and size of the product making shipping more sustainable and eliminating the need for the product to be refrigerated.

The only thing I could suggest is that Flexible Foods adopts a plant based packaging. There are plenty of options out there now for bioplastic packaging that will keep the product nice and fresh. Thanks!
