Review of Pressed Tofu - Unicurd by jazzws
The taste is ok but the structure is too soft. When pressing it falls apart. Not Ideal for baking.

jazzws Aha yes that could be a better way of using this one. I also have the same one but then 'silky tofu' which i still need to use, and thought to use that for scramble eggs. What do you use to get the egg taste?Reply
lauraspaanse The kala-namak salt , kurkuma,a bit of garlic powder , olive oil and believe me is soooo god . Also you can add your favorite spices, but with the mix that I write to you the taste is really similar to scramble eggs 1 likeReply
