This is supposed to work as a topping. It has quite a grainy texture, v small pieces but not too fine that you miss out completely on nut pieces.

I guess is useful for those who want a mixture of different nuts and flaxseeds and all the nutrients it provides in a single accessible scoop. It helps to add a nutty flavour to any food you add it to.
