Vegan Caramelized Onion Dip

Soooo good! They nailed this vegan product so well. The bits of caramelized onion throughout is so delicious. The dip is creamy and tastes so good. It’s a little hard when first taken out of the fridge as expected with something with coconut in it. Doesn’t taste like coconut at all which is a huge deal for me when it comes to things that aren’t supposed to have a coconut flavor. Well done!
