Review of Udon - Clearspring by miyukudo
200g (2 servings) of thin udon noodles that can be enjoyed hot or cold. I like the chewy texture. Slightly salty so you don’t have to add any salt while boiling them.

miyukudo Thank you for your comment. It’s very easy to prepare! Just add some nori, scallions and Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese spice blend - available on Amazon), and pour some soy sauce & kombu dashi.
Here’s how to prepare kombu dashi: https://www.justonecookbook.com/how-to-make-kombu-dashi-vegetarian-dashi/
Similar recipes can be found by googling “bukkake udon” (although traditional recipes contain some animal products like eggs and fish cake). I hope this helps!1 likeReply
