Review of Sichuan Impossible™ Meat & Mapo Tofu in Hotpot at EMPRESS by happyveg

This was so good! I loved it so much. It's extremely flavourful (towards the salty range), and the impossible meat really went well with the tofu. It's very hard to find mapo tofu with not just tofu alone, so I really did like this.
