Review of Frozen Cauliflower Crust - Naturalia by marinadd

found this plant-based frozen cauliflower crust and decided to make a Mediterranean style pizza with souvlaki spiced oyster mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, daiya cheese, parsley, garlic, basil... it was AMAZING. can’t believe it’s made of cauliflower - totally feels & tastes like regular dough! it’s really nice and airy, & has a nice thickness to it. it’s a bit smaller - i got about 6 small slices out of it but i was definitely full afterwards (the toppings definitely helped!) it’s $7.99 for 2 crusts which is a bit pricey but totally worth it especially if you’re gluten intolerant like myself & always feel bad after eating regular pizza lol. overall 10/10!!!
