Dehydrated coconut meat is a pantry staple for me🥥 They’re a nice quick snack, add texture to all sorts of dishes 🥗🥣🍲🍪 and make really good coconut milk🥛
I usually get the unsweetened, un-toasted kinds so they’re more versatile. To toast them, you can either bake a big batch in the oven; or, like I sometimes do on a pinch, just make them on the stove. Either way, keep an eye on them since they toast super fast 👀
