This is the only tofu I buy! It’s perfect for making tofu scramble, making tofu bacon or making crispy tofu cubes. We especially like to seasoning it, pan fry it and add it to breakfast sandwiches as a egg replacement. I like that I can find it in almost all stores and it’s a great price.
