Review of Japanese Katsu Don at Privé Keppel Bay by puipeegs

I like the overall look of this dish. The curry portion was generous, and could be spicier (my personal preference). I like the refreshing mango and salsa salad on the side. Dish comes with brown rice which is healthy, but I wished it was paired with oily rice instead so that there's more flavour overall. Lastly, the Tindle patty (which was the main reason I ordered this dish) is delicious and has a nice bread crusted outer layer. However the patty's taste got a lil heavy (or too real) for me halfway because of its slight similarity to the taste of chicken meat (I used to eat this, and I just don't crave for such taste anymore). Hope it provides a good option for people who are transiting to a more plant based lifestyle. Priced at $19.
