We use this as egg replacement in some foods. 3TBS flaxseed to 1TBS water- let it sit for a few minutes to thicken up a bit and stir it in whatever you’re baking. No taste as it just works as a binder. I don’t bake much so not sure if it works for everything. I mostly mix it in peanut butter cookie mix and it works great!
