Review of Vegan sandwich with soy burger, vegetables and spicy fried chips at Nero Miciok cat cafè by vegatta

I often go to this adorable Neko Café, not only because it's the kingdom of, by now nine, wonderful cats that reside there, but also for the friendly and heartwarming atmosphere and delicious food. This one in particular was veganized, since they have vegan and gluten-free version of all the dishes in their menu, with ingredients I could freely choose from a variety of those available. Excellent grilled bread with a huge soy burger, very similar to meat in flavour and texture, and another half with mushrooms, onions, olive pate and tomatoes. As a garnish I had their house speciality, extra thick and soft spicy fried chips, very light and balancedly sapid, whose taste has become something I can't do without. A must eat dish and a must visit place for when you want to visit Palermo.
