Review of Parmesan Style Plant Based Cheese - Wegmans by mol

WOW!! Impressive. Perfectly dry outside texture, keeps its separation when you chew it. ( doesn’t get mushy) It has that signature sweet, salty, nutty, complex parmesan flavor. Leans towards an intentionally dry, sharp white cheddar cheese. Bravo !!! Side note: this cheese melts clear. Looks strange but tastes great. No complaints here! #abillionlove
