Been eating Wolff's kasha since I can remember. One of my favorite comfort foods is kasha varnishkes, so I made a big batch of it today. #abillionlove #ditchdairy

lucyfoxx Kasha is toasted buckwheat groats and kasha varnishkes is a Jewish dish I grew up on which is made of kasha, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and farfalle (bowtie noodles). Traditionally it is made with schmaltz (chicken fat), but I use coconut oil instead. Definitely worth trying, I love it!1 likeReply
