These were one of my favourites before Richmond brought theirs to the freezer section. Still looking forward to trying the red onion and rosemary ones Bethany, they might knock Richmond off the top spot! 😅

Seasoned vegetarian sausages made with rehydrated textured soya protein.

For a winter warmer, add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme with a little olive oil to a frying pan, cook until soft, add a can of chopped tomatoes and baked beans and bring to a simmer. Slice up your already grilled Vegetarian sausages and add to the pan, check seasoning and serve over creamy mash potato.
