Love this product as a replacement for the classic cheddar block of the past. I even shred it with a cheese grater and it holds up and shreds well!
We use this in vegan enchiladas, quesadillas and really anything.
It does taste like cheddar but also a bit like a Parmesan. So I actually love that the flavor is versatile for things you’d want Parmesan on as well, like on a vegan Caesar salad. Love this product!
