I use this to make homemade butter. I haven't had any issues with this and I use the butter in baking, making garlic bread, and on BoBo Tarts.

gingerlynx Makes 24 teaspoons
Place the following ingredients into a blender:
4Tbs Almond flour/meal
5Tbs unsweetened plant milk, NOT soy - it curdles. I use almond
1ts nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
*blend until smooth
Add these ingredients together and put in blender:
2Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup melted and room temperature, REFINED coconut oil
*blend until smooth, pour into a container and place in freezer or refrigerator (freezer takes around 2hrs, I put it in the refrigerator if I won't need it until the following day)1 likeReply
