Review of Vegan Baklava - Bread Basket Sandton City by ftc

After all the exciting Festive season posts I must say I have been craving baklava , which I haven’t had for years
I took a chance and asked the Manager Byron of Sandton City Bread Basket if he could make vegan Baklava , he was kind enough to say he would give it a try as he just needed to substitute the butter, he also said he would add some walnuts for me .
I was delighted that they tasted unbelievably good , as he had made a full tray I bought a lot more than I was going to , but was so good to be able to give other vegan friends some to try
He said he would be happy to try others for me , think my next spoil will be kourabiedes🤣
