This is a staple in my fridge. It's very tasty. Even my cat likes it. It's a good value , usually around $4.00. Easy to find. Most grocery stores have it in the produce section. Walmart and Trader Joe's usually have it also. I will it eat just plain as a healthy, low calorie snack. Or put it on a sandwich for a nice meal. Great for lunches. It's high in protein. It's sliced nice and thin.
