If you haven't tried Just Egg you, you absolutely must. It's an AMAZING vegan egg alternative. I usually buy the liquid but these folded, precooked squares make it super easy to throw a delicious vegan egg sandwich together quick. Just Egg is so awesome, I highly reccomend trying it out! #veganuary
