Just need to boil it in liquid (water, soups, etc).
No distinctive taste when added (my water tastes the same).
Similar to vitamin pills.
Don't really feel any different but I do feel more energized throughout the day.
For anyone with iron deficiency or just anyone who wants iron without taking pills or eating fish, I'd recommend this.
It made cost a bit, but lasts for FIVE Years. By then end you're saving money cause you're not buying a new pack of iron pills weekly/monthly.
