Review of QQ tofu - Fitwell by scynsa

My #veganuary started with me to try this tofu after it has been sitting in my fridge abandoned for a while.
The texture seems legit and hard, but after I fried it, it is seems like advertised:
- smooth
- elastic
- delicious.

Too soft for my liking, as I prefer the hard ones, but I think it’s better if I deep fried it.
Price more expensive than regular tofu, but honestly not knowing what is so ‘premium’ about this tofu. Let me know if you know in the comment!
