Unicurd

Versatile ingredient that can be used in many cuisine. Love to use it when a recipe call for firm tofu.

* 2nd picture: Used the Tau Kwa to make the Kentucky Fried Chicken from Gaz Oakley’s Vegan 100 cookbook. Had a high expectation, but was disappointed with the texture, too doughy. I think I need to tear the “chicken” pieces smaller 🙈

sutris Yes! I believe the key is to also use vital wheat gluten which gives nice texture:)1 likeReply
