Gingerbread Cookies - Dark Chocolate Covered & Orange Filled

This was in the Christmas gift pack sent by my company and as a fan of gingerbread cookies I was thrilled to find them there. The sweetness was an overkill with the chocolate and the orange filling. In my opinion it would have been better if it wasn’t covered in chocolate.
