Okinawa Brown Sugar Beancurd Dessert

I love tofu pudding and I was a bit skeptical about the brown sugar, but it wasn't as sweet as I feared and complemented the beancurd well. A nice cheap dessert that can also be microwaved straight from the package if you prefer it hot. #veganin2020
