Review of Plant Based Protein Powder - Keep It Cleaner by ed8080
I followed the instructions to add 3 heaped tablespoons of the powder to liquid (I used almond milk but according to the label it recommends also using water or juice). It thickened up nicely and was pretty tasty, unlike some protein powders, arguably a bit on the sweet side depending on your palate. It's 76% pumpkin seed protein.
