Review of Buddha Bowl at Soul Alife by windgal
Just look at the pop of colour there! That was probably the best thing about the dish. The taste was alright. Nothing in particular stood out for me but this sure was a healthy bowl that I'll be happy to dig in. [Date of visit: 2019]
Ingredients: Roasted vegetables, quinoa, edamame, chickpea, purple slaw, tomato, turmeric cauliflower, marinated tofu & beetroot hummus.
