This is my go-to choice of ready made pita bread! I brush it with some olive oil to get it crispy on the outside and to make sure the outside isn’t too dry. I like to cook/bake it over a low heat so that it gets soft on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. This is a must have every time we have hummus and falafel ☺️
