Review of Whole Psyllium husk - NOW® by bananarosie

This feels like drinking hamster cage filling but way healthier. I photographed it with my water bottle as a reminder that you must stay hydrated throughout the day when using this. Instead of diluting a lot of it, I prefer mixing with just a little water and washing it down with something better tasting after. I try my best to get my nutrition from food but when certain things like fiber are lacking, these supplements come in handy.
