Review of Egg Replacer - EnerG by greengrl87

This was my first time trying this egg substitute (I usually do Just Egg or flax eggs for baking) and it was a great binder for this vegan cornbread recipe. Super easy to use (although I was slightly unclear on the measurements at first, and had to google it). My cornbread came out dense and moist just how we like it in my house! And for how much you get in a box, I would say this is an excellent value. It will definitely be my go to egg replacer from here on out, at least when baking. #veganisnotscary
