I normally use the Woolworths soy milk to make my butter as it doesn’t leave an after taste but thought I’d try out the rice milk and was pleasantly surprised, don’t think I’d drink it or use for coffee but would use again for my butter

If you like experimenting try infusing butter with something else I like a roasted tomato butter , garlic and herb and since it is the season pumpkin butter . Go on be adventurous I dare you !
