This is a very good idea! What takes it to the next level is combining it with a few other ingredients  to make a vegan parmesan! I must dig up a the recipe if you are interested.  We have an entire large jar of it in the fridge.

Nutritional Yeast

Tonight I’ve used all my left over veggies from the weekend to make a pasta.  I sprinkle Nutritional yeast at the end as it tastes like parmigiana cheese.  I use it on stir Fry’s, stews and pasta.  So healthy and so delicious 😋
