Review of Pumfu - Foodies Vegan by parifairie
I sometimes use this instead of tofu for my scrambles. It’s already pressed and ready to crumble and saute with veggies. There isn’t really any kind of taste (just like tofu) and it seems to absorb seasonings really well. Really happy with this product, and pumpkin seeds are full of magnesium and other good stuff so it’s a win-win. #veganisnotscary
