My first try with a non-dairy milk, and I'm loving it more than cow's milk! It's great on it's own or in smoothies, cereal and more! The carton is covered in facts about why almond milk and other plant-based milks are better for both you and the environment. herbimetal Hooray you're doing the Oct challenge! Me too! Is this mylk affordable where you live? Plant milks tend to be more expensive than dairy unfortunately but in western countries they seem a lot cheaper than here in SingaporeReply
