Review of Bakutehlvg at Halaveg by stevenneoh

This was great. Rich in flavour, both peppery and herby 🥦🌶 I never actually liked real bak kut teh as the innards would gross me out - the use of mushroom and protein chunks would in any case have been an improvement on the original! Kudos also for the minimal use of plastic 🙌
