Review of Basil Paneer Tikka Bun Chaska (Vegan) at Go Native HSR by pv
The dish comes with a side of vegan fries and pudina(‘mint) chutney.
The tofu used as the patty between the bread could be made more flavourful to take this dish to the next level, the taste of the dish is good but after a while seems too dry with the bun being very difficult to chew through. It fills you up very easily, but like I said adding a bit more flavour to the tofu and making the bread a little lighter will make it a completely fulfilling dish.
