Review of 大王素食乾麵 at 大王麻辣台北復興sogo店 by coffeejelliz

I ordered a big bowl of the very light spicy (輕輕辣) dry noodles. For NT$95, the portion was more than I expected! The noodle was cooked al dente and the spicy oil was just right. I felt like the “ground meat” was a bit too much for me, but maybe because I’m not a fan of vege meats. Overall, I’ll definitely come back for the perfectly cooked noodles. Might have to try the next level spicy next time and would definitely ask to reduce the toppings as well.
