Bob's Red Mill

First time trying this and it was a good purchase! Used this for the coconut tofu tacos. Great taste and texture. I like that the pieces are small. I’ll definitely keep buying this since we like added coconut to oatmeal and overnight oats and now tofu!

clarendiee @shmoopsify oh sure! Cut super firm tofu into strips, get excess water off. Coat with flour then “egg” (I used just egg. flax meal with non dairy milk also works well) then panko mixed with shredded coconut and salt & pepper. Fry in coconut oil until golden. I purchased a pineapple, jicama and cucumber salsa and topped off the tofu with that, cilantro and sweet chili sauce. Super easy and delicious! I’m all about semi-homemade 😋Reply
