Review of Tuscan Bean Salad - Summer Fresh by clarendiee

Found this at Costco so it’s a huge tub, luckily it lasts for some time so we can get through it. Lovely mix of chickpeas, white beans, farro, veggies. A little oily but that’s probably so it stays fresh. It’s great for a side or on its own!
