Review of Organic protein - Orgain by ilovegoats
This is my favorite protein powder right now. It’s made with tons of great ingredients—pea protein, kale, chia, flax, etc—and has no added sugars. But it still tastes great. I like that it doesn’t overpower the other flavors in the smoothie, so I can still make delicious drinks while packing in nutrition!
Mint chocolate chip smoothie recipe:
1 frozen banana
Almond milk
Spinach or kale
Scoop of vanilla protein powder
A few drops of peppermint extract/flavor
Cacao nibs
