This is good to make pancakes with. I also started using chickpea flour to wash my hair after watching a video by Fairyland Cottage on Youtube. I used to use Anthony's Chickpea Flour, which was my favourite one to use but haven't been able to find it in stores for a little while so I started using this one and find it works good.
