Vegetarian Shredded Hoisin Duck

I LOVE this product!!! 

I fry it in a little oil with some frozen edamame beans and it is delicious. Meaty texture but not so much that it makes you feel yucky haha. 

Highhhhhly recommend putting extra hoisin sauce on top!!
